Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eduspace Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Proctur", "we", "us", or "our").
2 Description of Services
Proctur provides the following services:
Education ERP solutions for coaching institutes, schools, and colleges
Student and faculty management systems
Online examination and assessment tools
Live class and video conferencing features
Mobile applications for educators and students
Custom software development and IT solutions
Digital marketing and web development services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3 User Accounts & Responsibilities
When creating an account with Proctur, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not share your account with third parties without authorization
Warning: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
4 Payment Terms
For paid services, the following terms apply:
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
Payment is due as per the agreed subscription plan or invoice terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Refunds are processed as per our refund policy
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges
All applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the fees as per government regulations.
5 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, design, logos, and content, are owned by Proctur or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission
You retain ownership of data you upload to our platform
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation
6 Data Privacy & Security
